Actually I think the best thing to see if you have a ball it the flagstick is the zoomed OUT version. I have hit a few sticks in my playing and enjoyed the far away look. That way you can see how far...

Also kind of a bummer that the zoom, covers the "Pause" button in the lower left corner. I like to see EXACTLY how far the putt is.. not sure if this is for AI players only or not?
